Birchleigh Polo Club has been established to make the game of Polo accessible to people from many walks of life, male and female, 12 years old upwards. The club is an affiliated body to the New Zealand Polo Association

All you need is the ability to ride, a hard hat and suitable riding footwear.

Birchleigh Polo provides

¢ The ponies (including tack)

¢ Polo mallets and balls

¢ Coaching

¢ Pony groom

All this in a fun environment, at the end of the season you would have played in low goal Polo tournaments and gained a NZPA handicap rating. You can bring your pony/horse if you wish.

New season Polo lessons start Thursday 28th October, at 5.30 pm , lessons and chukkas are each Thursday and Saturday and go through until March.
